POSTAGE AND PACKING is charged at cost, unless otherwise stated in the product literature. We feel this is a fairer system than having a set charge at present, since mail orders are currently sent via Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Customers then only pay what it has really cost to package and post their individual orders. Customers will be notified should this policy change. If paying by cheque, please telephone to ascertain postage costs before mailing your order to us.
We accept PAYMENT by cheque, credit card or debit card. If paying by cheque, please put your name, address, telephone number and cheque card number on the reverse of the cheque.
Goods charged by credit card will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order, subject to availability.
For cheque payments, please allow 5 working days before dispatch.
If goods are unavailable, customers will be contacted and notified of the soonest available date. If goods are not provided by the agreed date or within 30 days of placing the order if no date was agreed, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
Prices are correct at time of issue and are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5% unless indicated otherwise. However, we reserve the right to alter prices and product specifications without notice under circumstances beyond our control.
We are very happy to help and advise customers, but we cannot be held responsible for the decisions made by customers when choosing a size, colour, style, model, etc.
Cancellation and Returns
You can cancel your order and return the goods at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery.
To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation.
However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
All nutritional supplements, shampoos, etc. must be returned unopened, with the seals intact. Numnahs and pet beds must be returned unused and unsoiled.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
